A woman escaped with a bullet graze to the head when armed robbers stormed the business she works at in Montague Gardens, Western Cape police said on Friday.

Three men posing as customers entered a service centre at 08:30 on Thursday, Captain Frederick van Wyk said.

One of them took out a firearm, pointed it at an employee and demanded cash.

“The suspects moved through the office quickly with the employees and forced them to sit on the floor in the reception area.”

One of the men fired a shot, which grazed the side of a woman’s head. His accomplice hit another woman on the back of the head, leaving a wound.

The three fled the scene in a white vehicle with cash and a television. No arrests had yet been made, Van Wyk said. News24
