Hundreds of people gathered to participate in the Cape Town March for Prophet Muhammad (SAW) on Sunday 30 January 2022. The march proceeded from CTIEC to the suburban part of the area, through Eleventh Avenue in Eagle Park, and ending at the Masjidul Kareem Centre.
Carrying flags and defying the extreme heat, men, women, and children turned up in huge numbers to mark the occasion with the message of peace, tolerance, and peaceful co-existence.
As the sounds of nasheeds (recitals) and salutations filled the summer air of Cape Town, the massive crowd marched through the streets, expressing their love for the Holy Prophet (SAW) and sharing the happiness with the bystanders and onlookers lining the footpaths along the route.
The organisation is calling upon the Muslim masses to rekindle the love for Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and to remember that the love of the Nabi (SAW) is the most precious asset of every Muslim and follower.
