President Cyril Ramaphosa has denied that he has direct knowledge of the misuse of state funds for his party’s activities.

According to reports, the President told the Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA) that he relied on public information when he claimed that the ruling ANC had misused state funds for his activities.

SCOPA is expected to discuss the case later this week.
