A taxi driver and his assistant were arrested after allegedly kidnapping and robbing a woman in Goodwood yesterday.

City of Cape Town traffic services spokesperson Richard Coleman says the 29-year-old woman flagged officers down after allegedly being sprayed with pepper spray and robbed of her handbag and watch. Coleman says the taxi was also impounded for violation of the operating permit.
