A 24-year-old man is expected to appear in court in connection to the murder of his girlfriend this weekend. Police reports indicate that the 18-year-old was at the suspects house in Tafelsig on Saturday. During an argument, he reportedly hit her over the head with a beer bottle, where after she was rushed to hospital. Medical staff declared her deceased on arrival. Her family has expressed outrage over the young mothers’ loss and called for justice.
