The Western Cape High Court yesterday granted the EFF’s urgent application for an interim interdict.

This move comes as the party aims to prevent the City of Cape Town from removing its election banners.

The City removed the posters after informing the party that its posters were in violation of the City of Cape Town’s poster rules.
