Four people, one of them a minor, have been arrested after a woman was stabbed to death in a play park in Macassar, Western Cape police said on Sunday.

Captain FC van Wyk said the men were aged between 17 and 21.

The 40-year-old woman was attacked in the park on Musical Avenue around 05:00 on Saturday.

Van Wyk said the four would appear in court once charged. News24
