Nestlé South Africa has launched an investigation after the company has recalled some of its Kit Kat milk chocolate products due to the possibility that they may contain glass pieces. The company says the voluntary recall is limited to products with certain production codes and has a best before dates of 30 September 2022 and 31 October 2022. Consumers who have purchased the products have been warned against consuming them. Nestlé South Africa says they discovered the presence of small pieces of glass during its quality and safety checks.
