A second purported letter emanating from a South African who has emigrated to the Islamic State has emerged. This time it is openly signed by a Rashid Moosagie. It is believed that he was originally from Port Elizabeth and holds the rank of a Mufti or Islamic scholar who has the knowledge to pronounce religious edicts.

The communiqué follows a first letter sent by a South African to several people, including Cii Broadcasting, who wished to remain anonymous. This first letter was addressed to the Ulema of South Africa and called on them to investigate the situation in the Islamic State and not rely on western media before pronouncing opinions about it.

The second letter is addressed to the family and colleagues of the writer.

Cii cannot confirm the authenticity of this letter but it is available electronically on the url http://justpaste.it/lettertofamily . The document is password protected but this password has also been made public. The information has been doing the rounds on social networking sites and has been passed on through email.

This is an important message to my family and colleagues

Since our hijra to Shaam many family members, friends and acquaintances have been thrown into confusion, anger and general disbelief. We were requested to give a detailed explanation leading to this decision. But before the details are presented, a brief history background will be necessary in order to fully understand this issue. Should you find it necessary to respond to this message, please do not counter with insults, rather seek to underline each statement together with your respective answers extracted from the Quran and Sunnah. Please also note that any answer offered with a “hazrat” flavor will be ignored.

Childhood-1960’s

As children, we grew up in a sparse deeni environment. Although most family members were regular with salaah and fasting, they were also surrounded by an extremely ignorant society whose day to day ibaadah was riddled with jahl (ignorance).This society’s main concern was business and all that related to it. Deen on the other hand was an inherited subject generally regarded as secondary. We were never prompted to seek Deeni knowledge; in fact it was a rather shunned and disliked topic as it was simply “the lazy person seeking a way out to escape the family shop”. Pursuing the secular system was given significant priority, deen was neglected and our day to day madrassahs were run and taught by ordinary unlearned people. Even basic Quran reading was not taught properly.

Our first encounter with some deen was with the advent of three family alims who had studied in India. They brought to us some fiqh, tafseer and above all the hazrat system of India. It was fascinating as well as overwhelming. This was the start of our journey to deeni knowledge. Their influence and tuition led us to depart to India to pursue further Deeni studies

India

Deeni life in India was also well accepted by us. It was filled with mysticism and Sufism. The sheikhs had impeccable character, piety, enviable mannerism and shining faces. The madrassahs taught tafseer, hadeeth, fiqh and some philosophical subjects. I could not figure out the actual purpose for philosophy and logic though.

…”to combat philosophers and their ideologies …” did not make much sense- we really never needed these arts in our entire lives.

During this madrassah phase, some very troubling aspects were:

• Lack of amr bil maroof and nahi anil munkir. Salah could be performed or left out. No real bother from the authorities. That also applied to fasting, Juma’ etc

• The stringent adherence to the mamoolat (specified zikrs) for the saalik (a person on the road to seek Allah). Mamoolat were somehow regarded more significant than Sunnah ibaadah.

However, these matters were not to be taken seriously as the sheikhs knew best. We accepted these hazrats, submitted wholeheartedly to them and were very involved with their ideologies. In spite of everything “ …were these not those special people that the world revolves upon?…” “…abdaals?…”…hidden army of Allah?..” ‘…the actual viceroys of Allah on earth?…” etc. These concepts were firmly acknowledged and expounded by us for many years to come. Comprehensive tafseer of the Quran Majeed and Hadith kitabs were well expounded. But two aspects always perplexed us; Jihad and Raqeeq (slavery). These subjects were frowned upon. We were made to believe that these two were not actually applicable today any longer.

“Jihad will be only when the Mehdi and Eesa Alayh Salaaml appear towards the end of the world. Raqeeq is disliked in Islam and should be abolished, never to be revived again”

Our entire madrassah phase was based upon the “buzrug” element. We were saturated with the buzrug system. And…yes, we loved and adorned it. But all along, that nagging of guilt did not leave our inner heart. There was this nagging issue of Jihad. Why do such pious and learned people ignore Jihad? What was happening in Palestine? (Note that in the 70’s we only new of one fighting – in Palestine)

We were told to ignore their fight as those were simply wretched souls without beards or Indian kurtas and deserved the punishment and wrath of Allah!

Departing for SA

Upon departing from India, our next phase required us to return and live in a kaafir country, to practice and preach a tasowuff and “peaceful” Islam. Our seniors insisted that we follow and obey the governments of our countries, that we should never fight or oppose them. We should live as obedient servants because they offered us “freedom of our Deen”. (we were still trying to figure out what type of freedom of deen ever existed in SA. For example, we marry in the name of Allah and the government says that the marriage is illegitimate. This is freedom?)

Obviously we had readily obeyed -for the institution of sheikh-mureed was the true Islam, or so we thought. We used to express great resentment at those who mocked us “how dare they mock such a pure system??”

Our lives were spent in teaching this foreign system of Islam and a great chunk of the delivered bayaans (lectures) were based upon the lives, actions and malfoozaat (discourses) of the buzrugs. The bulk of the talks included the miraculous feats and tales of the buzrugs (which of course were now discovered to be mostly false hearsay, devoid of any authenticity).

And so we continued our lives which also included journeying many times to the “majlis” of our sheikhs …

Awakening

But within the heart, this system was never really acceptable. A system riddled with fantasies, love stories, foreign type zikrs and shagls, hazrat worship and shirk type beliefs could definitely not be the truth( one type of shirk was to regard your sheikh as “haazir naazir” (constantly present and looking at you) even in salaah. It was an Islam from the tales of the 1001 Arabian Nights, far from the Islam of the Noble Sahabah Radhi Allahu Anhum. And to merely question this system was taboo, to be repelled with a torrent of insults.

We were shocked to discover our false beliefs. We realized that the rejection of jihad originated from none other than the notorious irjah system which came about centuries ago. And Sufis were among the greatest proponents of the irjah system.

What is the irjah or murjiah system?

In a nutshell, the murjiah system can be defined as: “To apologize on behalf of Allah”.

Na-oezo-billah – imagine wanting to apologize on behalf for the Creator of all things. What greater shirk than this, yet Allah says in the Quran “…and never has there been nor will there ever be anyone to take Him to task…”

For example;

Allah uses the term Kaafir and you apologize and change it to Ghair Muslim (Non-Muslim)

Allah says Ishiddau alal Kufaar (harsh on the kufaar) and you apologize and refer it to some soft term. You frown and totally avoid this Ayat of the Quran.

Allah says to fight and kill the kufaar, but you apologize by presenting some weird meaning.

Allah says that the Kufaar shall burn painfully in Hell and you apologize, referring it to some obscure term such as “ won’t be near the mercy of Allah”. And so you continue to apologize on behalf of Almighty Allah…

In brief, you are embarrassed by the verses of Allah hence you scramble “to try and cover up”.

Irjah also requires that the clear injunction in the Quran ( Albara wal Wala) should be avoided not to offend their “non-Muslim brothers”. Yet it clearly means that we are not allowed to befriend kufaar and never aid them against the Muslims.

This irjah system was also the worst virus to ever befall the Muslim ummah and unfortunately it has now reached its peak level.

The irjah system was never rejected because most sufis and learned scholars favored it as a quick way out to side step jihad. Most of the world ulema and sects promote irjah fully. It is a disease which only the true ulema will be able to combat with the aid of jihad against these sects. People today openly promote irjah and they travel far and wide to propagate their baatil irjah. To compound their baatil, these murjiahs believe that their world wide acclaim, large numbers and massive following are directly accredited to its maqbooliat (divine acceptance) May Allah save us. This is a weak argument as Christians, shias etc have been around for centuries too and they are much larger in number than these sects. But it is apostasy to claim that they could be on the truth due to their large numbers, following, learned priests and scholars.

Common murjiah sects

The current Khilafa is established upon the Minhaj of Nabuwah (ie as in the time of our Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasllam) and it is time now to scrutinize the sects that had penetrated the entire Muslim world.

The three most notable murjiah sects today are: Sufi sect, Mouloodi sect and the Tabligh Jamaat sect.

Unfortunately, the Deoband School today has harnessed all three groups under their own banner. Thus today, as it stands, they are also deviant from the haq.

These sects have many features in common; but the sufi sect is the most deviant. Their teachers promote a type of passive shirk, divine communication and a host of actions justified by terms as: Ilhaam (divine inspiration) , Kashf (divine entry into the unseen) Ru’ya (instructions via dreams) and the actions and sayings of the past and present buzrugs. The Mouloodi sect is simply a bunch of singing and dancing offshoot of the sufis. They are a totally corrupt and have numerous blasphemous beliefs.

The Tablighi movement is a deviant sect promoting passive Islam or rather Mohandis Ghandi Islam.

Tasowuff

Irjah led to the invention of tasowuff. The proponents never cease in their futile attempts to verify it from the Quran and Sunnah. The mere fact that it is named tasowuff reveals it as an innovation. Yet the Quran and Sunnah are filled with advice and guidance to perfect any person no matter how bad he may be. For example, Allah praises the suppressing of anger and the hadeeth describes methods of control such as engaging in salaah, to sit or lie down or drink water. These methods will suffice completely. So why should they be replaced with other methods? Why a person should be subjected to foreign tasks unheard of in the Sunnah? In fact some of the methods praised in tasowuff are ridiculously absurd, such as hurling faeces upon the mureed (follower) for anger testing. These practices were usually mostly derived from the actions and character of “buzrugs” and not from the Sahabah Radhi Allahu Anhum. Actually tasowuff is a training ground to indoctrinate its followers upon a minhaj of “akabireen” (elders) and to finally unmold them to the world as perfect replicas – and the system will have produced “hazrat clones” who are able to speak, eat, drink, dress, sleep and even walk like their sheikhs to such an extent that the Sunnah postures of salaah are substituted by “hazrat brand postures”. When they have reached this “lofty” level, they are known to have attained “sier fillah” (reached into Allah- Allahu Akbar).

A word of note here: The term “sier fillah” is a sufi term which denotes the highest level a human can reach. It literally means that you fade away into the being Allah. What utter kufr and shirk. In fact some sufi sects even believe that the kufaar can reach this stage –May Allah forbid!

Thereafter they are conferred with a type of holy mantle called “khilafat”. The result is even more destructive -their fellow colleagues and friends now view this new “khalifa” to be a qualified “buzrug” with newly assigned status and none among them may dare to oppose this newbie. He can now also expound the mystic four sufi chains, receive ilhaam and kashf, and he will transcend into a mystique realm wherein he will be constantly streamed with special “faidh” from their sheikhs, even though the sheikh may be deceased. Similar to ancestral worship of the pagans.

A word of note here, faidh in sufi terms denotes a constant spiritual light stream emanating from the sheikh, whether he is dead or alive. Thus it is common for them to visit the graves of their sheikhs “to connect further to this line of faidh.” This is kufr and unheard of in the Sunnah!

The Aggression of these sects

They are willing to spill blood and post henchmen around to physically attack their opponents. Yet the kufaar and murtadeen mock Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam on a daily basis but they NEVER dream of rising up in defense of Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam. They say “….adopt patience…”. And they brand defenders of our beloved Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam as – “thugs and hooligans”.

By Allah I swear that these people have zero love for Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam

Personal experience

Some firsthand experience in this affair should be also mentioned here.

None among the followers of this order may dare to oppose this system. If anyone does, his opposing is understood to be directed to the entire sufi clan present, past and future and…may Allah forbid- ultimately opposing Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam. Threats and curses are freely cast by these so called “soft” ulama, laymen, family members, colleagues and “mureeds”. They shamelessly expose their rage, but not upon the kufaar nor upon the munafiqeen murtadeen nor upon the enemies of Islam, but upon speakers of truth. Plus it is no ordinary rage but a rage intensified with bitter vengeance flung by saliva squirting lips…yes and so much so for the “karm akhlaaq” (beautiful character) of these sufis!

Torrents of insults and curses are liberally directed to those who challenge them, similar to the actions of the pagans of Jahiliya who tried to scare the Muslims who dared question their idols.

“.. And you dare question the words or actions of these hazrats. You ghinzeer! You shall be struck dead!…” (In fact they do narrate stories of people who were struck dead merely upon opposing the hazrats….Subhanallah!)

Their concept of someone harming a wali is totally crooked and they misquote the hadeeth wherein Allah proclaims: “Whoever harms a wali of mine can expect war from me”

They actually have absolutely no clue to the actual meaning of this Hadeeth. If they did truly understand its meaning, they would obviously never limit it to “India buzrugs” and their “khalifas”. In other words a wali has attained sainthood through a manmade hereditary system, very similar to the Christian sainthood methodology. Thus this structure effectively denies the description of a true wali mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah. When Allah describes a true mujahid as his wali, they refuse to acknowledge that and will not hesitate to insult and curse him. Their typical modus is to condemn and curse the mujahedeen daily. Are they not afraid of the “war” which Allah will declare upon them for harming his friends?

World wide Influence

Unfortunately this sheikh-mureed system is widely acknowledged especially in India and western countries. The more followers the sheikh acquired, the greater his influence and “maqbooliat” (accepted by Allah). He receives royal treatment and in most cases they are usually surrounded by the “laanies” and other worldly influential doctors, lawyers, and hazrat worshippers- people who are all too willing to sponsor their first class luxurious world tours. The journeys and Disneyland rides are termed “islah majlis” (whatever that means) and are accompanied by many holidaymakers with packages generally packed with expensive tourist’s attractions and peppered with daily doses of “min janibillah malfoozat” (talks placed into the heart by Allah) dished out on the fly which in turn are so readily swallowed by the most eager head nodding and torso swirling mureeds. Plus the generous offerings, sumptuous meals and celebrity quality transport. Their food and drink leftovers are treated as holy and divided as booty among themselves.

But when we ponder the lives of the noble Sahabah and those after them, the true saints of Allah never do we discover this type of system. They never acquired thousands of mureeds, they never indulged in sumptuous meals and they were never entertained by “laanies”.

Buzrug?

A buzrug is a Persian term used to denote a wali or saint of Allah.

So what is a wali in its true sense? Let us search the Quran and Sunnah. The Quran describes them as virtuous, steadfast in Salah, Zakaah AND Jihad. They were also honest, sincere, noble, faithful, harsh upon the kufaar, soft and kind to the Muslims, perpetual in salaah and never feared the chastising of the chastisers. All the Sahabah had these qualities so we could indisputably declare them as Awliyah (plural of wali). And their weapons were always strung upon their shoulders or at their sides.

If we search for a true wali of Allah we find another description in a Hadeeth: “…should he ask for or say anything, not much attention would be paid, should he ask for your daughters, he will be refused…”, in brief a person you don’t care much about. Allah says that by his honor if this person should even take an oath, Allah will fulfill it accordingly.

Sheikh-Mureed

So now, where did all this really originate from? There are many theories, but the most obvious would be a copycat guru system. The Sheikh-Mureed is based upon the same system implemented by the gurus of India and the pre-Islam fire worshippers of Persia. The Sheikh-Mureed system is governed by orders similar to the guru orders and they pass on their “spiritual” blessings down into their successor’s hearts with a “chest to chest” connection. The sufis also claim to have connected chains leading right up to Ali Radhi-Allahu-Anhu. May Allah forbid! Where do they get this information from? Not a single narration or authentic source could verify these chains and “spiritual khilaafa” of the Sahabah. This is another deviant way to divert the true physical khilaafa of the Sahabah into the spiritual realm of their “buzrugs”.

There are also certain dangerous beliefs attached to the sheikh, for example, that they constantly receive kashf of every movement of their mureeds; their actions should never be challenged, even if it be against Sharia. Nor are you allowed to even endorse nahi anil munkir (preventing wrong) amongst them. How could you ever find fault with a “sinless buzrug”? Did you ever dream of voicing your dislike for their anti Shariah actions? Do you raise your voice when your sheikh and his mureeds are seated in a packed mixed audience watching dolphins and their scantily clad maidens’ antics accompanied by corresponding music? You are commanded to believe that their actions should never be questioned as they are perpetually in a “haal” (lofty spiritual state) under the throne of Allah. Their followers truly believe that their sheikhs are in contact with Allah and whatever they speak or write is “…a noor (divine light) directly from the throne of Almighty Allah”. Na-oezo-billah what shirk and blasphemy! Many of the books written by these buzrugs contain lies, fabrications and unauthentic hadeeth, yet their followers refer to these books as “ light directly from the Arsh of Allah”, May Allah forbid.

Spiritualism.

So what does spiritualism actually mean? It is foreign to Islam and cannot be found anywhere in the Quran and Sunnah and the lives of the Sahabah. Most of the books written or orated from the buzrugs are filled with spiritualism claimed to be derived from verses of the Quran and Hadeeth. However, most of their sources are from the Mathnawi by Moulana Rumi. Sufis have branded the mathnawi as the “quran of Persia” –May Allah forbid. And when they do quote the verses of the Quran and hadeeth it is simply presented not to expound the Quran or the Sunnah, but merely as symbols to confirm their own spiritual explanations which were claimed to be either received as “ilhaam”(revelation) or “ilqa” (direct communication from Allah). Millions of rands (and in most cases public funds) are wasted publishing these sufi books and fairy tales which became freely available in all the masaajids of South Africa with some masjids boasting entire lined corridors to such an extent that they have replaced the Quran -another cunning method utilized by shaytaan to remove the Quran from our lives. A similar incident is mentioned in the Quran of a kaafir who attempted to direct the believers away from the Quran with his imported fairy tales from Rome and other ancient cities. Look at his punishment…

Sahr

In addition to being murjiahs, an integral part of this Indian system was their involvement with superstitions, aamils and sahr (black magic). Any “molvi”or ”moulana” who can “speak” to jinns or remove sahr is known as an “Aamil”. They are very similar to the bone throwing Black sangomas of South Africa. It has absolutely nothing to do with Islam and in many cases these “aamils” practice open shirk and kufr. Unwary Muslims flock to them but despite constant warnings against these frauds, they are simply too naïve to realize that their association with these dajjals is plain kufr and shirk. To compound this baatil, many of these “aamils” are “khalifas of the great buzrugs of India” – so now these aamils are holy people of Allah who can’t be wrong, people who are blessed with “special” nusrah (aid) – Subhanallah, what blasphemy.

In any case these “aamils” always cause more damage than good resulting in numerous family breakups, exactly what Shaytan desires. It is the fardh duty of every Muslim to physically eradicate these “aamils” from their respective societies.

Journey to the truth

It was a painful experience to abandon a lifetimes involvement with a highly treasured system which convinced all of its adherents to be the true deen of Islam. But Allah requires you to forfeit all your idols and only worship him- that is true imaan. The mushriks of Mecca knew the truth, but they refused to abandon their dear lifelong idols.

It was not easy to reject the current Deobandi system founded by luminaries who were perhaps not part of the irjah camp and who readily supported active Jihad as well as its promotion, but history is scant on such matters. Although Deoband was allegedly involved in great battles, no historical facts could verify these claims. No mujahideen were housed, or produced from this institution. On the contrary, our stay in Deoband did not reflect Jihad at all. The Deobandi institution strictly implements its original Nanotwi constitution without modifications and if any Jihad doctrines ever existed, why did it vanish? In fact the current principal (a grandson of the original founder) at our time was totally against any Jihad or opposing the mushrik government. When the Indian mushrik government was forcefully castrating the Muslims, he was calling for peace and co-operation with these mushriks. Many Deobandis will scramble to defend this allegation with claims that some hazrats were even martyred in a battle. That may be true to a certain extent but Jihad was definitely NOT Deobandi policy, otherwise every Deobandi would naturally be a fully fledged mujahid. An institution’s products are always reflected in their ideology. If the ideology was Jihad, the graduates would definitely also reflect Jihad –NEVER the opposite. Deobandis will claim that history is full of “the great Jihad of Deoband and their 14,000 Ulama slaughter tale” This is a fabrication with absolute no authentic source

Jihad

Around 1990, when the Iraq invasion took place, we decided to scrutinize the Jihad facet of Islam. How could we ever be subservient to a kufr government? Jihad in Islam clearly refers to physical fighting whether offensive or defensive. But In the eyes of the murjiah sects, Jihad refers to everything else but the actual physical fighting. Jihad, a tenant of Islam was being defied, yes defied by famous ulema and learning centers, including Deoband and this was something which could never ever be left unchallenged!

Jihad is Islam and denial is kufr.

Note Well: Sufi ideology expressively denies Jihad, not necessarily in word form, but in actions, teachings and intentional elimination of Jihad verses which brought about a new world order of “spiritual Jihad”.

This ideology clearly opposes the Quran and Sunnah.

Our claim to love and follow Nabie Sallalu-alayhi-wasallam is false, for he said ”…I would like to fight in the path of Allah, be killed, become resurrected, fight again, be killed, become resurrected, fight again, be killed…”

So why don’t you also have this love to fight? Why do you present excuses upon excuses? In fact you oppose anyone who even promotes Jihad. Those “buzrug” Sunnah love stories of refusal to eat a sweet melon because his love for the Sunnah could not direct him to the actual slicing method? But did he ever yearn to be killed in fighting the enemy in accordance to the desire of Nabie Sallalu-alayhi-wasallam? In all my stay in India and association with these sheikhs, I was never encouraged towards Jihad or its preparations. Their so called preparations were masked by flimsy excuses such as “until islah of the nafs has been made…”. Once I asked “…and when do I qualify? Or rather is it possible to ever reach the point of accomplishment of the nafs? No one could ever reply me until this day.”

Actually these are excuses presented by those who refuse to partake in jihad. The Quran mentions one such person who came to Nabie Sallalu-alayhi-wasallam at the time of recruiting for the battle of Tabuk. This person claimed that he had a weakness for roman girls. So he would like to be excused from Jihad. So he presented an excuse similar to the sufi excuse “until islah of the nafs has been made…”

A verse was then revealed wherein Allah reprimanded him severely and described his remaining behind as the actual great fitna. Observe how Allah rebukes people who present these false excuses!

My stance

While in SA, these irjah sects were challenged, Jihad was openly promoted and taught; Muslims were incited to rise and fight America and all those who supported them. The irjah sects unfortunately control all the masjids and public platforms whereby they managed to silence the truth for a while though by placing bans on masjids and radio platforms. The masses were persuaded not to listen to this “radical madman who will soon be destroyed for opposing their hazrats ”…Yes we are proud to be labeled madmen for those were labels given also to the glorious Sahabah radhi Allahu anhum

Moving to Shaam

An in depth study into the Quran, Hadeeth, Sunnah and lives of the Sahabah led to only one conclusion – that towards the Hour, Shaam will have to be the ultimate destiny of a true believer. Shaam will be the land of the foretold great battles, the coming of the last Khilafa and the descent of Eesa Alayh Salaam, but this document was not intended to present information on that issue but Inshallah a detailed document relating to Shaam, the Malhama and the events leading up to it will be released soon –with authentic proofs.

Towards the hour Dajjal will appear and it is the greatest fitna ever to surface on earth. The entire assembly of Ambiya alayi salaam warned against this terrible fitna to appear, so know that it is going to be a VERY GREAT FITNAH. But Allah is merciful, he will slowly strengthen his true friends with fitnahs similar to that of Dajjal, to prepare His friends to identify and withstand these approaching fitnahs as they continue to appear.

Like vaccines (which are in reality “mini viruses”), doctors induce into their patients to prepare them for the actual virus attack. Today we witness one fitna similar to that of Dajjals fitnahs – A Heaven and Hell. Dajjal will come along and present this “jannah and jahannum” and everyone will opt for his “jannah”. Everyone will be commanding each other to choose his “jannah” and NEVER to go towards his hell. It is absolutely absurd to choose the hell of Dajjal. Despite all odds, a true believer will opt for Dajjal’s hell and this action will stir the emotions of everyone – they will become furious, rebuke and even fight with him for making such an “outrageous and despicable” decision. But the believer will insist to jump into Dajjal’s hell in true obedience to Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasllam who had forewarned the ummah and instructed them to choose the hell of Dajjal as it will in reality be a heaven. And those who opted for his heaven will in realty have chosen Hell.

This similar fitna is Shaam and Darul Kufr. Externally Shaam does look like Hell, full of bombings, killings, unlivable conditions, sicknesses, harsh weather and a host of other difficulties. Yes it does look like Hell.

On the other hand Darul Kufr looks like heaven, with all its comforts, foods, wonderful living and luxuries.

Everyone will opt for the “jannah”, everyone will opt for Darul Kufr, but know that this is actually your Hell. A true believer will opt to migrate against all odds to Shaam, he will opt for this Hell, for indeed it is actually jannah. By Allah, despite all these difficulties, you experience true serenity as never before found anywhere. To see the name of Allah so high, to witness his law everywhere and to see his soldiers marching against kufr brings untold joy to a Mu’min’s heart. Merely to know that we all stand side by side, risking our very lives to be bombed and killed purely for being true believers is truly an amazing and incomprehensible feeling.

Also you know that you are able to help in some way the oppressed Muslims as Allah commands:

And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, oppressed?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: “Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from the one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!”

How is it possible for us to continue living in safe and comfortable homes while ignoring the pleas of those Muslims who are being oppressed by the united kufaar? It is better for us to sacrifice our lives and share their grief for indeed it may, Allah willing, be an acceptable excuse in His Gracious Court.

Accusations against the Khilaafa

1. America controlled

2. The Khalifa is an American, jew, puppet of America

3. Dowla kills Muslims and innocent people

4. Dowla takfeers everyone who disagrees with them

5. The Khilaafa is Illegitimate

These are probably the main arguments presented against Dowla. Right now in Dowla you see full Sharia Law, absolutely NO kaafir court at all. All crime is strictly controlled with Sharia Law. Amongst the laws are:

• Execution for Irtidaad , Sahr and homosexuality

• Stoning for adultery

• Hands amputation for theft

• Flogging for Zina

• Prison or Riba’ and gambling (if discovered)

• Salaah is enforced and all businesses to be closed upon Salaah times entry

• No music allowed in homes or public areas

• No wine and cigarettes

• Full hijaab is enforced

• No mixing of sexes in public

• No Cinemas, racecourses, banks, discos or clubs

It is a laughing matter to regard all this as America or American aided; Let us assume that if this was the case then know that America must be complimented for accomplishing such a sterling act to fully introduce Shari into Shaam. For centuries now, even a Muslim country could not achieve this blessing! Many western sources reported that countries upon countries have tried to establish proper law, justice and a crime free environment for decades, but they had failed hopelessly with adverse results compared to the swift achievements of Dowla within 7 months.

Western quote: “…it is amazing to see crime dropping to almost zero within this short time, ISIS is indeed powerful…”

The Khalifa Baghdadi is a Qurashi Sayed arab and a violent enemy of America. It does not mean that since he may have at one stage been a prisoner of this enemy that he now suddenly became one of them.

He only speaks the Quran and Sunnah and is a very violent fighter against America so according to this impossible notion, America succeeded in producing a true believer and their greatest enemy!

Dowla does not kill any Muslim. They only fight kufaar, shia, yazeedi and murtad . Currently Jabhatu Nusrah has joined the coalition and is thus fighting side by side with the Taghoot enemy. Dowla regards this as an act of irtidaad established from the Quran and Sunnah.

Dowla does not takfeer any Muslim who disagrees with them on any fiqh law. However, if their aqeedah is against the Quran and Sunnah, then they will most certainly takfeer you. That is absolutely in order according to Sharia.

The Khilaafa is not illegitimate nor was it necessary to “consult” anyone. Throughout history, many Muslim thrones were violently seized and accepted by the Muslim masses without opposition. Harun Rashied seized the throne yet he was acclaimed to be one of the greatest khalifas of the Muslim world. Aurengzeb seized the throne from his father, had him imprisoned and executed his two brothers, yet the “hazrats of India” regarded him as the greatest ruler of India. No one accused him as one who acquired an illegitimate throne.

Some points to ponder

I need answers to this question:

Do you accept us as Muslims?

There are only two answers to this question, either a NO or either a YES.

If the answer is NO, then present your proof which casts us out of Islam. To this date, no one could forward that type of evidence.

If the answer is YES, which means that you do accept us to be Muslims? So either we are good Muslims or bad Muslims, but Muslim indeed. Correct?

Then why do you not demonize the current 60 kufr countries and the munafiqeen Arab countries that are mercilessly and incessantly pounding us with the most horrendous and devastating bombs. Brothers you have not seen the effects of these bombs, because the west don’t show you. Dowla on the other hand does not publicize these atrocities for possible adverse effects upon the weaker mujahid or those who intend hijrah. It is heart rendering to see someone still alive without arms and legs, blinded and deaf. Imagine what a life this person needs to endure. May Allah grant these mujahedeen a very lofty stage. You don’t experience true pain like us here. Just a few weeks ago, about 2.5km from us, these kufaar Americans sent in drones to locate a masjid. The fighter jets followed and tried to bomb this masjid but missed striking an adjacent block of flats, wiping out three families. Brothers you don’t know what real pain is, to see a mother frantically running back to her bombed down apartment, screaming hysterically to her children whose faint screams under masses of rubble dwindle into a silence never to be heard again.

But you don’t utter ONE word of disapproval, which leads us to believe that that you are quite happy with these cruel attacks and bombing. You simply say: “Yes we condemn them…” But that too is a lie to soothe you. Did you publically condemn them like how you publically condemn Dowla? If so, then please oblige and show me ONE article or even a phone chat. But you are willing to condemn us for hours on end. I ask you to mount any mimbar for only one day in any masjid and speak out against America, but you won’t dare anger this idol. By condemning the jihad, Dowla, the muhajireen and mujahedeen you clearly demonstrate your lack of fear for Allah and your great fear for this idol. This is absolute shirk! I have never heard you deliver one violent lecture condemning America as you so ferociously condemn us. In fact senior ulema in Port Elizabeth and SA have stooped to gutter level spitting out against us, yet they cannot even whimper against Taghoot America.

My Final Advice

Fighting the coalition has now become very fierce here in Dowla and I implore you to please heed this advice very seriously for we do not know whether Allah will allow us ever to meet again.

It is necessary for you to study the Quran and Sunnah and to clear your heart and mind of all doubts regarding the aqeedah of our Deen. No one should be embarrassed to re-learn Deen, no matter the age. Upon entry into Dowla, everyone is taught the correct aqeedah directly from the Quran and Sunnah. Any amount of questions may be asked and they will be answered with clear as daylight proofs. It is also necessary for all Muslims, especially in the western countries to reject all the deviant sects which appeared amongst the Muslims.

Two common groups also need to be rebuked and rejected due to their apostasy.

Kufr Beliefs of:

Mouloodi sect.

• Regard Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasllam to have unseen Knowledge

• Believe Nabie Salallahu Alayhi Wasllam is present everywhere

• They are quite pleased to live under Taghoot.

• Reject Jihad

• Not allowed to fight the Taghoot as they give you freedom of moulood

Tablighi Sect:

• Reject Jihad and make inkhiraaf (change) of the Quraan verses pertaining to Jihad.

• Gave Nizamudeen and Raiwind ( two manmade structures in India and Pakistan) holy status and attribute thawaab (divine reward and blessings) for visitors

• Gave Nizamudeen and Raiwind preference above the holy Haj and Umrah pilgrimage.

• Regard their Fazaail Amaal as their Quran and insist that the Quran of Islam cannot be understood or acted upon without this book. Quran of Islam is third on their list.

• They are quite pleased to live under Taghoot and firmly believe in their obedience (to Taghoot)

• You are not allowed to fight the Taghoot as it will curtail their movement.

These sects should abandon their kufr, shirk and blasphemous beliefs immediately, otherwise they will ultimately join the band of the coming Dajjal.
