Krejcir case postponed

The conspiracy to murder case against Radovan Krejcir and seven others was postponed in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

Krejcir, along with taxi boss Siboniso Miya, Owen Serero, Zodumo Biyela, crime intelligence officer Sergeant Nandi Nkosi, Welcome Nkanyiso Mafunda, Siphiwe Memela, and Mike Grigorov, would return to the court on May 26.

The court is sitting as the South Gauteng High Court.

They were accused of planning to kill Colonel Nkosana “Killer” Ximba and Paul O’Sullivan who had been investigating Krejcir.

Krejcir has several matters pending against him including murder, attempted murder, dealing in drugs and kidnapping. News24
